fix(changeset): close the 26095 publishing-metadata changeset's frontmatter so changeset version parses again

Line 74 read `'create-objectstack': patch---`: the closing `---` was glued to
the last release line, so the frontmatter never closed and
@changesets/parse threw "missing or invalid frontmatter". Every scheduled
Version PR maintenance run since 2026-10-26 18:14Z failed on it, which left
the Version Packages PR #25640 frozen at d1ea236.

Split the line in two. No release line, bump or body text changes.
