Printed by Chromium (`page.pdf`, one 1920 x 1080 page per slide,
`printBackground`) from the deck's slide HTML, after the maintainer's
byline ruling: the speaker name is replaced by "ObjectStack Team" on the
cover and the closing slide, matching the blog essay's byline. Deck
