test(metadata-protocol): the live-MySQL sys_setting probe expects the plain organization_id column

Since 7b-2 the sys_setting row-identity duplicate probe keys the plain
organization_id (COALESCE(user_id, '') stays); the unit test already pins
that statement. The live-MySQL cell, which runs only in the full battery,
still expected the old organization_id_key alias. The preflight's key
docblock named the same retired alias as its sentinel example.
