chore(objectui): re-record the SDUI manifest and the sdui-parser lockstep at f96f771

node scripts/gen-sdui-manifest-node.mjs over .cache/objectui-f96f771140f1:
107 components, sdui.manifest.json byte-identical (sha256 370153544e9b),
so only its provenance record moves. pnpm gen:sdui-lockstep with
OBJECTUI_ROOT at the pin's build worktree: objectui's packages/sdui-parser
is unchanged across the hop (grammar blob 0131f27cf86d, predicate blob
76c18fb95d1f), so only the revision fields move.
