docs(readme): apply the maintainer's ruling (letter 甲) on the thesis block

Two lines against the previous head: the Chinese line returns to
「本体即软件。」 and the definition line reads "no second application to
keep in step with it" instead of "no second codebase". The paragraph in
〈What we mean by ontology〉 is unchanged.
