chore(spec): regenerate reference docs on the merged tree; llms.txt counts both new modules

main's #25830 moved the inventory heading to 206 with its system module, and
this branch moved it to 206 with its data module: git merged the identical
lines, so the total is set to 207 by hand (system 37, data 31).
