One dated D14 note citing ruling records 6259608309 and 6259698357:
18.0 is fresh installs on the single posture, with the ownership
migration and walled postures refused; stage 8b ships in 18.0; the
upgrade path, walled postures, 8b-0d/8b-0e/8b-0g, 8c, 8d and 8e ship
in 18.x. No ruled sentence or earlier note is changed.
