fix(spec/liveness): analytics_cube rows under the fresh verifiedAt quote the code at head

joins.name: the first evidence citation quoted a joinTable line that left
native-sql-strategy.ts; it is re-sited at hop-object.ts#resolvePathHops,
whose tier 1 reads the join's name, with qualifyAndRegisterJoin emitting the
LEFT JOIN against it. The 16 producer strings site the configKey declaration
at core capability-providers.ts#CAPABILITY_PROVIDERS and keep the serve.ts
threading quote at the resolver's handle. Value-only: no status, key or row.
