ADR-0087 exemption (already-registered): The value-slot retirement's step-18 D3 entry, registered on this line before this change, is amended in this diff: its surface widens to each operand of a get_record, update_record and delete_record filter, and its replacement, reason and acceptance criteria say what an operand evaluates to, that the query placeholders stay as written, and that an operand evaluating to null refuses the node. No new D3 entry and no D2 conversion: a whole token that resolved to nothing erased its condition and refused the node under the template, where under CEL an absent variable or key fails the run before the query; and a flow variable named like a query placeholder shadowed it under the template, where the placeholder is now always the query engine's.
