ADR-0087 exemption (no-migration-prescription): No metadata an author writes moves: the narrowed declaration is the `enable` block of an engine-owned object this package ships and registers itself, objects are not overridable per organization, and no stored row is read, rewritten, converted or dropped, so there is nothing for `objectstack migrate meta` to rewrite. What narrows is a runtime door: the automatic API no longer serves this object's rows to any caller. Measured consumers of that door in this repository and in the pinned console: none outside one internal QA checklist procedure. The other categories are closed on facts: the bumped package publishes (not unpublished); no ADR-0087 id covers this path and this diff adds none (not registered / already-registered); and nothing exported changes (not runtime-interface-only / type-surface-only).
