Powershell Highlighting doesn't work

As the highlighting uses the extension of the file, in case of PowerShell .ps1, and the highlighting is called PowerShell not ps1, it doesn't highlight anything.

Could be patched by enabling the user to manually specify a language. E.g. replacing line 36 with var ext = (options['lang'] || path.extname(raw_url).slice(1))
