Subject: [PATCH 1/8] make_tag_name.sh: take the tag prefix from TAG_PREFIX

The script wrote the tag as v<version>, MuseScore's form. Audacity's tags
are Audacity-<version>, so the prefix becomes a parameter, with 'v' as
the default. It is used wherever an existing tag is looked up as well.

Subject: [PATCH 2/8] make_tag_name.sh: take the pre-release separator from
 TAG_LABEL_SEPARATOR

Between a pre-release type and its number the script wrote a dot, as in
v4.0.0-rc.2. Audacity's tags use a hyphen, Audacity-4.0.0-beta-4, so the
separator becomes a parameter, with '.' as the default.

 APP_DISPLAY_NAME

The release was named 'MuseScore Studio <version> <label>'. The app name
becomes a parameter with that default, and so does the label of a stable
release, STABLE_RELEASE_LABEL, default 'Release', which may be empty:
Audacity names its releases 'Audacity 4.0.1'.

Subject: [PATCH 4/8] make_tag_name.sh: follow the pre-release label of
 version.cmake when set

The pre-release label was derived from RELEASE_TYPE and the existing tags:
the first beta is 'beta', the next 'beta.2'. An app may name the
pre-release in version.cmake instead, where the app shows the label and
the package files may carry it. When version.cmake prints
MUSE_APP_VERSION_LABEL and it is not empty, the tag now follows it:
'beta.4', 'beta-4' and 'beta4' all give the type, the separator and 4.
A label that does not match RELEASE_TYPE, a label on a stable release and
a label whose tag already exists are errors. Runs without CREATE_TAG
ignore the label, as before.

Nothing changes for a version.cmake that does not print the label, which
is MuseScore's.

artifact_name.env named one file. A build may produce several packages,
such as the installer and the archive on Windows, so the file now holds
one name per line, and checksum.txt gets one openssl line per file.

Subject: [PATCH 8/8] collate_release_binaries.sh: require a build checksum for
 every package file

The comparison looped over the build checksums, so a package file that
had none, because its build skipped the checksum step or checksummed only
one of its files, went into the release unverified. Every file named in
artifact_name.env must now have a checksum from its build, or the
collation stops.

Step 3 of audacity/audacity#12542. Raised by the review of
musescore/muse_framework#391.
