feat(mpv安装脚本): 添加完整安装选项并重构安装逻辑
添加-Full参数以支持一键完整安装MPV及其所有组件 重构安装流程，将核心安装与额外组件安装逻辑分离 改进跨平台支持，优化Windows和macOS/Linux的安装流程
