The rollout header does not automatically refresh when we make changes to the rollouts (e.g. changing any fields does not reset the "Updated X [seconds/minutes/etc.] ago", and the "QA Status" statue). We should change this to automatically respond to the htmx requests and swap out the element when appropiate.
