Is scraping headers into different partitions/namespaces supported

Is scraping headers into different partitions/namespaces supported? Headers can have interdependencies, and the win32-metadata has a lot of knobs to tune which symbol should go to which partition. Sub included header can be configured to go into a sub namespace. Do u plan to support this?

Right now it just emits everything into a single namespace:

clang()
    .args(["-x", "c++"])
    .input(&h)
    .input(reference)
    .output(&rdl)
    .namespace("Test") // <-- IT GOES HERE
    .write()
    .unwrap();

I'm not familiar with the options that Win32metadata provides, but presumably we'll need to support some degree of partitioning beyond a single namespace. At the very least, you can run clang()... multiple times to produce a set of .rdl files each representing a different namespace.

Anyway, I created an issue to discuss. Please chime in with suggestions/requirements/features.

Will likely need some way to reference headers that will not participate in the output (e.g., winnt.h for HRESULT).
