1. New Agents Window, created from a VS Code window with an open folder
2. Open the Automations view
3. From the Sessions sidebar, use the "New" to create a new chat
4. I kept all the defaults and just asked it to create an automation.
5. It created a GitHub workflow instead of a VS Code automation
