Given I open a file with less than 32 Bytes of content,
When I increase the Bytes per Row setting to 32,
Then I expect the hex view to end in multiple empty columns
And I expect the clear text area to shift to the right as far as required,
But Actually the clear text area runs into the hex view from the right.
