Fine-tuning settings used in NAT (Gu et al., 2017) #3

Description

@ustcwhy

Thanks for your work. I try to reproduce baseline NAT (Gu et al., 2017) on Xsum. I use the default settings in fairseq https://github.com/facebookresearch/fairseq/blob/v0.9.0/examples/nonautoregressive_translation/scripts.md. However, NAT seems diverge and has high valid loss (nearly 9) although lr is very small. Could you provide your NAT settings in BANG paper ?
