You do not have enough permissions to view or manage users. #32

Description

@GoogleCodeExporter
I am using a free hosting account from pagodabox.com, and the sqlbuddy
directory is filed in the main "code" directory.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into my hosted MySql database using the credentials auto assigned to me.
2. Click on "Users" in the left hand column.
3. This is the message I see instead seeing the "User" interface - You do not
have enough permissions to view or manage users.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see an interface allowing me to assign users.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
On windows, and I assume that the version is the latest. The download file
doesn't identify itself. I have no idea what kind of hardware they use at
pagodabox.com

Please provide any additional information below.
Can't think of anything.
