[Bug]: Application is damaged, cannot be opened

Describe the bug

I am still using version 3.11.0, because 4.0.0 and the just-released 4.5.0 cannot be opened. There is a dialog stating that the app is damaged.

To reproduce

1. Try to start the app
2. See dialog stating that the app is damaged and cannot be opened.

App Version and Architecture

4.5.0 arm64

System info
