Not really a bug, more an opinion. I find it difficult to use wherostr because I have network filters that need to 'okay' every connection when navigating to wherostr.socal (before signing in.) This makes it difficult to sign in with a browser extension.
Not sure how this is dealt with with other clients, but I find the problem less on some (or non-existant) and severe on others. Once signed in, there is no problem, but pop-ups to accept connections from the global field dominate the possibility of pressing the sign in button, I'd prefer not to connect, create temporary or permanent rules to 'okay' those servers, which I don't know.
Maybe this is less of a problem when browsers cache cookies and log ins, I usually empty the cache and history on close.
