How to improve battery life? #59

I'd first check whether the battery drain happens only while actively using Visor or also when the app is running in the background. That distinction will help narrow down the cause. On Android, open Settings > Battery > Battery usage and compare Visor's usage during an active session with its background usage. If Visor has options for continuous capture, frequent updates, or other background activity, try disabling one at a time and compare battery consumption over a similar period. I'd avoid changing Android battery restrictions immediately because aggressive background restrictions can also break features that depend on a persistent connection. Could you share your phone model, Android version, Visor version, and approximately how much battery is consumed over 30 minutes of use? It would also help to know whether the glasses stay connected when you're not actively using the app. With those details, it should be easier to identify whether the main drain is coming from continuous communication, active capture, or background activity. |

Thanks for the screenshots. Two settings in them differ from how the glasses come:
I'd turn wear detection back on first, and the other one off if you don't use it. Battery saver in Settings > Wear and battery helps too. If the battery still drops fast after that, tell me how much it loses in an hour. |

Uh oh!

I've noticed that my battery drains really quickly when using the app. Are there any settings you'd recommend disabling or adjusting to get better battery life?
