[Docs]: Add one-click deploy: Chaos Serverless Multi-Region Failover

Problem

Users have to clone and manually set up this sample app. There's no one-click way to deploy and try it.

Proposal

• Add a Deploy button on the docs page.
• Ensure button spins up a fully working version with minimal setup.
• Validate that failover demo works out of the box.

Acceptance Criteria

• Docs page shows a “Deploy with LocalStack” button.
• Clicking it launches the sample app in a preconfigured environment.
