For some reason
com.github.TeamNewPipe.NewPipeExtractor:v0.24.6
didn't work, but
com.github.TeamNewPipe.NewPipeExtractor:NewPipeExtractor:v0.24.6
as suggested on https://jitpack.io/#TeamNewPipe/NewPipeExtractor/v0.24.6 worked...
