Yes, you're right! Sorry, my mistake.

I was on the wrong channel. Version 9.4.17 is only on the RC channel, 9.3.45 is (still) the latest on the stable channel

They've always had a delay between their forum posts about releases and when they're released to the apt repo.

We can try. Every time these get posted, the users claim to have searched previous issues but I suspect they see the older versions and think they're asking something different.

Edited the title slightly so users know it's got any version.

We could put a note on the README.md that points users to the URL that is being polled and how they can poll the repo URL themselves to get the latest version from the repo.
