If the core option "dolphin_cheats_import" is enabled, it will create a couple nested folders inside the RA folder named "Games/Nintendo GameCube" and then a cht file inside there.
I think it would be ideal if it created that "Nintendo GameCube" folder containing cht files inside the cheats folder that already ships with RA. Considering the online updater of RA doesn't delete anything contained within (and currently doesn't contain GC cheats), I don't see any downside to this.
