In the settings, to have a setting the change the port number.

Additional context
Some people are limited on what ports they can use. In the case of users who use a VPN with a port forwarding feature you cannot choose what ports to use. LBRY by default uses port 3333, please allow this to be change to any number in the settings to allow more users to be able to seed LBRY content to help keep the network strong.
