Detected issues

• I need to package sdl2 in macos releases. However, everyone could solve this issue quickly with brew install sdl2.
• Jan-Luca submitted LayNii_IDA crashes when pressing at least twice in short succession on the 'remove' button while two images are loaded #123 .
• Anneke requested drag-and-drop file loading.
• Shiya found correlation map save bug with voxel indices in the file name.
