Feature request: zmx terminal multiplexer support

It would be great to have first class support for zmx as a session multiplexer alongside of herdr and zellij so that zmx sessions could be first class citizens like them. @kitknox if you're willing to take a look, I can open a PR for you to review.

Sure. It looks like it zmx has what is needed for rendering the preview terminals as well.

FYI I will be landing shortly an expansion of the tab exposé that gives live previews for all of the currently supported mulplixers, not just the native tabs. It polls the scroll back functionality over SSH and tssh channels for the existing connection, or over the local macOS shell. So will want to integrate this with that feature as well.
