MIME encoded values

Not sure if this is out of scope of this library, but I feel like MIME-encoded values should be decoded when parsing them:

attachment; filename="=?utf-8?B?w6lGYWN0dXJlX0ZSNzMzNTc3OTEucGRm?="

--> éFacture_FR73357791.pdf

Could this feature be added?

@wartab In what context are you receiving these parameters? I assume it's not over HTTP?

I could include it as an option since it's similar to filename* but since I'm not aware of any contexts generating this I'd like to understand more first.
