I just noted that "slideUpSpeed" and "slideDownSpeed" is not mentioned in the documentation at http://flowplayer.org/tools/tabs/index.html
It should have a similar description as the "fadeInSpeed" & "fadeOutSpeed".
Should be helpful for other newbies like me using it!
