Allow users to upload audio (.mp3, .wav) and text (.md) files into a session using the native iOS/Android upload sheet.
Behavior:
Each uploaded file becomes a new transcription item in the session
The record button shows a loading state while files are being transcribed/added
Open questions to resolve before build:
File size and length limits (especially for long audio, e.g. 2hr+)
