OV08F4 sensor subdevice lost after repeated open/close cycles on Dell Pro 14 Premium PA14250 #74

Description

@dasch141

Hardware: Dell Pro 14 Premium PA14250 (Intel Lunar Lake)
Sensor: OVTI08F4 / OV08F4
Kernel: 6.17.0-29-generic
libcamhal: 0git202510170946.ec24db2-1ubuntu24.04.1
BIOS: 2.12.4

Bug 1: /etc/camera/ipu7x/libcamhal_configs.json lists ov08x40-uf-0
but actual sensor is OVTI08F4. HAL reports "No sensors available".
Workaround: copied ov08x40-uf.json as ov08f4-uf.json and added
ov08f4-uf-0 to availableSensors.

Bug 2: After 3-7 camera open/close cycles, HAL logs:
SensorHwCtrl: sensor output sub device is not set
V4l2_device_cc: Poll: Device node fd 22 poll timeout
RequestThread: waitFrame, time out happens, wait recovery
Camera becomes unusable until full reboot. Suspend/resume does not recover it.

Kernel detects sensor correctly at boot:
intel-ipu7: Found supported sensor OVTI08F4:00
intel-ipu7: Connected 1 cameras
