Description
ImmichFrame should display photo dates in the timezone the photos were taken, just like Immich does.
Currently (since #85?), dates are converted to the local timezone, so photos not taken in the local timezone are displayed with the wrong datetime.

Use Case
Photos taken when travelling to a different timezone will show the right datetime. A photo taken at night should not display "3 PM".
