Add panic-attack suppression comments for known-acceptable issues
Suppression comments added for: - FFI pointer casts in twitter.zig, discord.zig, telegram.zig (ffi_kind:zig_ada_ffi) - C interop in crypto.zig for libsodium and liboqs (ffi_kind:zig_c_libsodium, ffi_kind:zig_c_liboqs) - eval usage in trigger-launcher.sh (test_context:soft_attach, test_context:launcher) - TODO markers in twitter.zig and discord.zig (test_context:stub) These suppression comments follow panic-attack v2.5.5 context-aware FP suppression.
