Subject: [PATCH] fix: correct readme path in Cargo.toml manifest

The readme field was pointing to README.md which doesn't exist at the
root level. The repository uses README.adoc (AsciiDoc format) instead.
This was causing cargo publish to fail with manifest validation error.
