The filter modal window is too large and extends beyond the viewport. Additionally, links to hub project catalogues are missing from the interface. The current filter solution may need to be rethought to better meet user needs.

Resize or redesign the filter modal. Add navigation links to hub project catalogues. Consider implementing the following filter improvements:
- Add a country filter
- Update programme filters or expand impact area category filters
- Improve map view consistency (some projects show while others don't)
Describe alternatives you've considered
- Reduce modal height or make it collapsible
- Implement scrollable modal
- Redesign the entire filter solution from scratch
Additional context
- Users cannot interact with filters effectively due to UI constraints
- The mobile version handles filters better and could serve as a reference for improvement
