docs(skills): correct the --database claim for databases tables show
SKILL.md said all `databases tables` subcommands accept `--database`, but `databases tables show` targets a database via its fully-qualified `catalog.schema.table` argument instead (it has no `--database` flag). Scope the claim to `list`/`load`/`remove` (+ queries/results/context) and note the `show` exception. From a full audit of every skill command reference against the built CLI: all fenced-code invocations use valid commands and flags, no removed/renamed spellings remain, and skill versions are consistent. This was the only drift.

**Parquet only:** `databases tables load` accepts **parquet** files (local `--file`, remote `--url`, or a pre-staged `--upload-id`).

**Active database:** `hotdata databases use <id>` saves the active database to config. All `databases tables` subcommands and all `databases context` commands default to the active database; pass **`--database <id>`** to override per-command.

**Always select databases by id** (`dbid...`, from `databases list`). Display names and catalog aliases are not unique — several databases can share a name, and a fork answers to the same catalog as its source — so name-based selection is ambiguous.
