Race condition when force-reloading the frontend prevents texts from being shown

Describe the issue you are experiencing

When force-reloading the browser via CTRL+R, the translations for menu items consistently fail to show:

After a soft-refresh using F5, they come back:

Note: I can only reproduce this in Firefox.
