It works fine when opened in a mobile browser, but when clicking "Devices & Services" in the app, there is a lag of several seconds. There is also a delay when clicking to enter a specific integration.

When opening devices and services the app starts a background scan for Improv Wi-Fi devices, which doesn't happen in the browser, but that should not slow down the UI (different thread). Could you try removing the 'Nearby devices' permission for the app temporarily? That will disable this scanning action, and could tell if that is the cause.

You appear to be using a custom version. Can you tell what changed compared to one of the releases we publish, to make sure it doesn't conflict?

Thanks for explaining how you got the app. Looks like we made an error with the build which is how it ended up like that, which we were now able to fix quickly!

When opening the device page at 0:25 it also seemed to lag for a bit, is that correct? I wonder if it's simply any time a complex page is loaded.

As long as I enter the "Devices & Services" page, any "tap to enter" or "tap back" action on this page causes lag. The Xiaomi plugin is especially problematic; it lags the most severely due to the large number of devices. Here is a of the Xiaomi plugin lagging.
