Automatic lid when making box

Kudos to the creators of this program—it’s absolutely brilliant!
An idea just occurred to me: when creating a box, it would be great to have an option for a lid (screw-on, snap-fit, or magnetic), as well as the automated integration of hinges.
I’m not sure if that’s technically feasible.

@JMbutters thank you, glad you like it! A box with a lid is not a single shape yet, but the pieces are all there:

• Make a box and use Hollow to turn it into walls, then Split to cut the lid off at the height you want.
• Hinges: the hinge shape in the library prints in place, so it moves straight off the bed.
• Screw-on: the thread shape makes the outer and the inner thread for a round box.
• Magnetic: small cylinders set to hole, in the box and the lid, at your magnets' size plus a little play.

Making all of that one shape with three kinds of lid is quite a lot of work. For now I'm putting my time into bug fixes and features that help many people. If you or someone else reading this would like to build it, a pull request is very welcome.
