Layerling 1.95 Hollow body on Cylinder seems broken

Created cylinder 85mm radius 100mm height. Attempted standard 2mm wall hollow on top and no change occurred to object.

@tpkeller Thanks for the file, it helped. The cylinder is hollow, but it is closed all round, so from the outside it looks unchanged. In the Hollow panel "Top" is already switched on when it opens; clicking it switches it off, and with no side open you get a sealed cavity inside.

To get an open cup: select the cylinder, open Hollow again, click "Edit" next to the hollowing in the list, make sure "Top" is highlighted and apply. Or undo with Ctrl+Z and hollow again without touching the sides. You can check the inside any time with the section view. More in the guide: Hollowing bodies

So nobody else falls into this, the next release says it right after hollowing: when no side is open, the message tells you the cavity is inside and only shows in the section view. The guide will mention that Top is already on.

If you meant something else, like walls that grow outward so the inside keeps its size, let me know.

I now understand the function exists, I was just suggesting an explicit button for interior be on the pick list.
