src/loggedin.ts is unimported

• src/loggedin.ts is a loginSync template that nothing imports (knip). If it is intentional sample code, say so in a comment; if it is meant to be wired up, hello.config.js needs loginSync: require('./src/loggedin') and the file needs a tsconfig or to become .js.
• .vscode/launch.json serverReadyAction.pattern (started server on .+, url: ...) no longer matches Next 15/16 output (- Local: http://...).
