patternWarning when using include_dir_merge_list

I am getting patternWarning when I try to import multiple files:...

with file structure

It imports fine - just shows error in vscode.

maybe was reported recently but looks like didnt get resolved... #1054 also keesschollaart81/vscode-home-assistant#3959
