The implementation doesn't work anymore

The demo page https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/demos/speech.html and the script used to work fine until recently, not it stopped working, whenever you click on the microphone icon to start speaking it says no microphone detected, this behavior is noticed on Chrome (Windows + Android).
I was wondering if this is a known issue >

i have same problem too. if you running this on your localhost or site with not certification and open with chrome on android mobile then not working.
