Add infrastructure and configuration-management dependency manifests

Add dependency parsing for infrastructure and configuration-management files that declare modules, providers, roles, collections, or modules.

• Terraform and OpenTofu: parse module and provider declarations from *.tf and *.tofu, plus pinned providers and integrity hashes from .terraform.lock.hcl.
• Ansible Galaxy: parse role and collection dependencies from requirements.yml, requirements.yaml, galaxy.yml, and galaxy.yaml.
• Puppet: parse Forge, Git, and local module declarations from Puppetfile.

Each parser should accept arbitrary file bytes without reading adjacent configuration or evaluating executable source. Add registration, unit tests, fixtures, and README entries for each checkbox.
