Describe the bug

When adding a zoom effect to a clip, the zoom begins before the playback marker actually reaches the designated zoom point in the editor timeline. This causes the zoom to appear prematurely instead of aligning with the intended timing.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a project in the editor.
  2. Add a zoom effect to a clip at a specific timestamp.
  3. Play the timeline.
  4. Observe that the zoom starts before the marker reaches the zoom point.

Expected Behavior
The zoom effect should only start exactly when the timeline reaches the designated zoom point, not before.

Actual Behavior
The zoom effect starts early, before the clip reaches the zoom point in the timeline.

Environment

  • Platform: [Windows/macOS/Linux] (please specify)
  • Editor version: [version number]
  • Project type: [screen recording / mixed media]

Additional Context
This misalignment makes precise editing difficult and reduces accuracy when syncing zoom effects with other timeline events.
