Subject: [PATCH] Fix malformed Docker Compose command in CONTRIBUTING.md

Fix the missing space in the Docker Compose command in `CONTRIBUTING.md`.

Changed `docker compose upjsonrpc ...` to `docker compose up jsonrpc ...` so the command is parsed correctly by Docker Compose.
