Currently reset CSS aren't available except sanitize.css

May be from v4, we don't have reset-CSS except sanitize.css. If it is a changing of your policy, we have to remove other reset CSS imports and import sanitize.css by default. Or if not, we should add normalize.css and reset.css again.
