should flux-docs take over https://flux-framework.org/ ?

Problem: https://flux-framework.org/ seems like it doesn't do much.

Could flux-docs take over its content and then it be made to point to our readthedocs rendering?

I realize there is some content there that is not static so maybe this is infeasible.

For the dynamic project search bar, perhaps we could link users to https://github.com/search?q=org%3Aflux-framework&type=project (or similar for issues, etc.) which will perform a similar function of searching all our repositories for keywords.

Not sure about the APIs, releases etc. or who might be watching those pages.
